ClinicalSMS

Providing high quality, fully customisable SMS services to the medical, pharmaceutical and research sector.

We have the knowledge and expertise to help you run your trial smoothly and efficiently.

How much money do you lose through forgotten appointments?

Do you spend hours phoning patients to make sure they attend?

Clinical SMS offers an easy to use, cost effective solution – text message reminders. Our service does not require integrating into your diary system meaning there are no set up fees, and you can be up and running straight away. From your personalised, web-based control panel you enter the patient’s name and phone number, the time of their appointment, and how long prior to the appointment you wish the reminder to be sent. We take care of the rest.

When you sign up, you will choose up to 5 standard messages which can contain data such as the patient’s name or appointment time. These messages can be scheduled for any point before the appointment, or even sent straightaway.

Your control panel also contains an inbox where you can read replies to your messages. If your patient has forgotten their appointment and now cannot make it, this provides them with an easy and convenient way to let you know.
